Ross McGregor is a life-long resident of Springfield. He was appointed to the State Personnel Board of Review by Governor John R. Kasich in 2016.
Mr. McGregor is a graduate of Urbana University with a degree in Business Administration. He has spent the last 30 years actively involved in his family's manufacturing business, Pentaflex, Inc., serving as Executive Vice President. From 2005 through 2014, Mr. McGregor served in the Ohio House of Representatives representing Springfield and Clark County. While in the legislature he focused on issues related to transportation, rehabilitation and corrections, and administrative rule making. Mr. McGregor served as Chair and Vice Chair of the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR), and also served on the Controlling Board during his tenure in the legislature.
Mr. McGregor has a long history of service to his local community. He has served on the Clark State Community College Foundation Board, the Clark County Historical Society Board and the Springfield Museum of Art Board. He is actively involved with several community organizations including the Rotary Club and United Way.
