Appeal Guidelines

SPBR's Administrative Rules, found in Chapter 124 of the Ohio Administrative Code, present guidelines for pursuing an appeal before the SPBR and provide for several deadlines that must be met during the course of an appeal. A copy of the Board's administrative rules is available upon request, or may be accessed on-line. Click here to jump to the Administrative Rules page.

All materials provided to the Board must also be provided to the opposing party.
