SPBR's Administrative Rules present guidelines for pursuing an appeal before the Board and provide for several deadlines that must be met during the course of an appeal. The Board’s rules are found in Ohio Administrative Code Section 124. Click here to access the Board’s Administrative Rules on-line.
All materials provided to the Board must also be provided to the opposing party.
Ohio Administrative Code 124-1-02(J) and 124-11-09 allow documents to be filed electronically with the State Personnel Board of Review.
